That's the name of the book – the one by Nancy Bush, and these are called "Traveler's Stockings." I love the design even though I am struggling with it . . . following a chart like this one -- it is slow going for me, but I like the way it is turning out. This one is at the end of the chart. From now on, it is mostly stockinette, but the small clocks will run down each side. I'm stopping this one now and starting the second sock. I'll take it though the chart while I am in the charting mode.
The color looks darker in the photo than it is. It is a really soft teal. Rowan soft 4 ply – on #1 needles.
