Dancing up the Sun

My daughter plays fiddle for Morris Dancers. I have only heard about them. One year they went to Santa Cruz to dance at sunrise. I am still astonished about that! I have great admiration for anyone who gets up at sunrise, and even more for someone who dances or makes music! I did these little pictures from her descriptions and my imagination. Then she told me that they don't wear skirts. Well, I like the skirt.

I have since seen morris dancers in skirts, so it's OK. I have your originals of these two paintings. One is already on the wall. The other needs to be framed. They will grace our 'music room'.

I'm so pleased! Happy that you love them and happy that the skirt is o.k.!
